James offered expertise and solutions from budgets of $10,000.00 to $20,000,000.00. Hospitals, Schools, Government Facilities, and Luxury Businesses were all brought to a successful completion. Through this journey, James recognized a critical gap: private home and business owners lacked the same trusted advocacy and professional management that drives success in commercial development.
